Rules and policy

The application and use of our membership card is according to this policy.

• Only enter correct information when registering. Incorrect data may invalidate your membership card.
• Only international students, international buddies and ESN board members who study at Thomas More campus Geel, Turnhout or Vorselaar or KU Leuven campus Geel can apply for a membership card.
• If it turns out that you are not entitled to the membership card, it will be refused. Refund is not possible.
• It is not possible to reclaim membership fees that have already been paid.
• The membership card is valid for 1 academic year. From September to August.
• A discount will be charged when you show your membership card at our discounted events and partners.
• It is necessary to have the card with you at all times. A photo is not considered valid. It is also possible that proof of identification will be requested: ID or student card.
• All activities that fall within the membership card are listed on our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram and this website). All these activities can be found in the calendar. This can be updated at any time.
• If you lose your membership card, you have to pay the membership fee again.
• The membership card is strictly personal, any misuse will be punished. In case of incorrect use of the membership card, ESN Geel – CS has the right to destroy the membership card.
• When registering the membership card, some personal details are requested.
